Built in the 1920s the ex-RBS bank branch has been shut since 2018 and has been used as a library during the construction of Hale Library and Community Centre at the bowling club down the road.

Its first floor is in use by Spire Healthcare but its ground floor is available as one unit, two units or three units, with a total of more than 3,000 sq feet of floorspace at basement level and at ground level.

A Forward Property Group spokesperson said: "We are delighted to be able to restore this long-standing building ensuring it remains at the heart of the community for many, many more years to come.

“Hale Village is renowned for its boutiques and restaurants and we hope to welcome some new additions with these new units."
