We need some guidance at bus station

I AM aware there is bound to be disruption when there is work to be done in Altrincham bus station.

In the past we have had to put up with the floor being dug up and now we have to get around the painters, who I have found very helpful.

I do not think it is their job or the members of the public to assist me around the bus station when the buses have been changed to another stand.

I would expect staff from the bus station to be on hand.

I am blind and have a guide dog who is very good at finding the stops but she does not understand a notice that says the bus now leaves at stand D.

IOn Friday this notice was read to me by a member of the public, when we got there we were told it did not leave that stand until Monday.

On the Monday I went there and the bus was coming in on J stand. My dog was totally confused and if it was not for the painters and members of the public who I would like to thank - I would have been totally lost.
