So Jonathan Coupe (Executive Member for Trafford Council's Waste and Recycling) is "really quite excited about it". In all the excitement it seems both he and Gerry Taylor forgot about the problem they would impose on householders; the small matter of where are we going to find space to park these extra bins and let's face it they are something of an eyesore. This seems to be yet another of those half-baked career development ideas that have not been thought through. I suggest they bin this one - and look for another solution - rather than taking the easy way out by putting the onus on the council tax payers. We don't want any more bins.
